The Mishawaka Baseball Softball Association (MBSA) Board of Directors meet monthly

Meetings are scheduled as follows starting at 6:30 PM EST (unless posted otherwise)

The MBSA Board of Directors does NOT hold a Board Meeting in December

Meetings are typically held at the East End MBSA facility meeting room, Pasquale Rulli's, or Mishawaka Fire Station #4

Meeting location could change - please consult with the posted calendar (or any MBSA Board Member) for confirmed location.

The meetings are open and anyone involved with East End MBSA is encouraged to attend and get involved with our association.

ALL MBSA Board Meetings are open to the public and ANYONE may attend to observe

Non-MBSA Board Members are not allowed to vote on MBSA Board business; but
There will be a portion of the meeting that is OPEN for Non-MBSA Board Members to speak and/or ask questions
