Vice President of Baseball Opertaions: Kyle Duval
Oversee overall management of the baseball division (coaches and Commissioners), provide problem solving strategies as well as resolve conflicts when necessary, participate in All-Star selection process
Vice President of Softball Operations: Terri Meyer
Oversee overall management of the softball division (coaches and commissioners), provide problem solving strategies as well as resolve conflicts when necessary, participate in All-Star selection process
Vice President of Special Projects and Events: Courtney Duval
Oversees and leads al special events and project committees. Oversees the operation of the Spirit Wear Store and Take it OR Leave it Family Coop.
Vice President of Concessions: Jennifer ZultanskiWork in all aspects of concession operation, supply treasurer with receipts, help with the purchase of all supplies and manage volunteers.
Schedule and manage paid umpires. organize certification, serve as spokesman for umpires, receive head coaches feedback to evaluate umpire performance
Work as an assistant to the VP's and commissioners to help resolve conflicts that may arise with players and or parents

Grounds and Facilities Coordinator: Chris Barouska / William Wolfe
Oversee all aspects of the grounds. Manage hired crew, identify maintenance needed on fields to insure fields and grounds are ready for games
Equipment Coordinator: Cynthia Huemmer
Manage and track all equipment, establish a check-in/check-out procedure for beginning and end of season, be responsible for inventory, be responsible for purchasing equipment as needed
Registration Coordinator: VACANT (Contact: See Dominic Zultanski if needed)Work with the East End MBSA Board to concentrate focused efforts in scheduling and staffing on-site registration events, work with Website Coordinator to follow up on needed registration issues that develop online. Find ways to creatively and effectively promote Mishawaka East End registration.
Work with the East End MBSA Board, Managers, Coaches, and Families to coordinate league uniforms as well as spirit wear orders, sales and distribution.
Team Parent Coordinator: Penny Anderson
Coordinates the team parents and works with the Communications Director and the East End MBSA Board to make sure there is a constant flow of information and the Team Parents get the resources they need
Special Events Coordinator: Ashlee Sassaman
Coordinatesspecial events for the organizatons (Parades, Movie Night, T-Ball Jamboree, Community Outreach etc).
T-Ball Commissioner: Karli Gibson
