East End Mishawaka Baseball Softball Association (MBSA) owns and facilitates two baseball / softball facilities in Mishawaka, IN:

Mishawaka East End Home Fields: Located at 600 S. Kline St. Mishawaka, IN)
     Our Home facility with 2 Large Major Fields, 2 Medium Minor Fields, 2 Smaller Rookie and T-Ball Fields and 1 Two lane batting cage

Mishawaka East End Fields at Southwest: Located at 1104 Carlton St. MIshawaka, IN)
     The former location for Southwest than Mishawaka Little League with 1 X-Large Senior Filed, 5 Medium Minor Fields, 1 Smaller T-Ball
     Field and 1 Two lane batting cage.

NOTE: The City of Mishawaka has told Mishawaka East End we MAY NOT allow outside organizations the ability to use any fields or facilities at the Fields of Southwest location by their order effective April 2022.

East End MBSA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of these facilities which are primarily used to facilitate our Mishawaka East End Youth Babe Ruth / Cal Ripken Baseball and Softball leagues during the spring, summer and fall.

East End MBSA understands that other area travel and private organizations are in need of facilities to rent for their teams and for their players.

East End MBSA is interested in providing this service, to those outside organizations, as long as it is of benefit, and not a financial and/or logistical hindrance to East End MBSA and our Mishawaka East End teams, players and families.

Any organization interested in using any East End MBSA owned/operated facilities must complete an “East End MBSA Outside Organization Facilities Request” form and submit the completed form to the East End MBSA for review and submission to the East End MBSA Executive Board.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY AND ALL RENTAL OR  USAGE AGREEMENTS OR CONTRACTS (IN WRITING OR VERBAL) EXPIRE NOVEMBER 1st OF EACH YEAR .  ALL RENTAL OR USAGE AGREEMENTS MUST BE RE-APPROVED EACH YEAR AND NO AGREEMENT CARRIERS OVER PAST NOVEMBER 1st OF ANY YEAR.
